As everyone knows Hustler is known for hot hardcore, and they pretty much have it down to a science! The scenes are hot as can be, with a variety of clever scenario setups and elaborate sets; the top notch models put on performances of a lifetime! I suppose such production and effort is worth protecting with all the drm hoops. The photo viewer is another headache in itself. Each photo is available to view in a tiny low resolution, laughable size. You also get the option to enlarge it, but it opens in a flash based viewer, where the image pops up and is difficult to save. Unless of course you want to go thru and save them one at a time. Yep, lame.

The video stream viewer is available in WMV and flash formats, and well, both work very nicely. The flash streams look really good, they use the On2 VP6 codec, and though it streams at 1016x592 in the player, the actual flv file is 1280x720 and you can download the movie with a little detective work, if you are so inclined. The WMV streams at the full 720p size, but you will need windows media player or the very versatile VLC media player to view the stream. It's a toss up as to which provides the better quality, both have the ability to ffwd and rewind and are encoded with similar bit-rates. Currently there are around 70 videos available.

One of the saving graces for Hustler HD is you gain access to their entire network of sites. Given, all of the sites have this crazy mishmash of DRM laden content that you will probably dislike, but there is just so much of it and in so many different hardcore niches. And with the name Hustler backing it all up, it's worth seeing for sure. A nice touch for this famous brand would be maybe adding a lower quality drm-less downloadable version of each scene.
